MEMBERSHIP

Objectives

We want to make sure all members who use our facilities respect our equipment and each other, so all members can continue to have a positive experience at our gyms.

We want to make sure all people who use our facilities feel comfortable and safe, and we need each person to do their part to ensure this occurs.

Facility Rules

• • Do not deface or destroy any property within the gym, including walls, floors.
• • No loud or offensive language or behavior.
• • Children are not allowed
• • Re-rack weights after each use.
• • Violation of these facility rules may result of loss/suspension of your membership without refund and additional charges when warranted.

Dress Code

• • Tennis shoes and socks must be worn. Sandals, open toed or open backed shoes are not permitted.
• • T-shirts must be worn. Tank tops, muscle shirts, sports bras as tops, and shirts exposing midriff are not permitted.
• • Athletic apparel is required. No jeans or shorts are permitted.

Equipment Usage

• • Use of cardiovascular equipment is limited to a 30 minute time limit.
• • Report any personal injury or damaged/malfunctioning equipment to the Fitness Center staff.
• • The Fitness Center does not permit personal trainers to accompany patrons.
• • All Members must complete a Fitness orientation before using the equipment.
• • Education instructors and Fitness Center staff may provide instruction on exercise technique, equipment use and adjustments.

Prohibited Items and Activities

• • No alcohol or smoking is permitted in Gymnasium.
• • No firearms or dangerous weapons are permitted in Gymnasium.
• • Illegal use of drugs and banned substances is prohibited in Gymnasium.

Membership Terms

• • Only individual membership will be accepted and membership is nontransferable.
• • The Golden Gymnasium will be free to take any decision on the application of the natural heir of a member for the transfer of membership of him/her on the demise of the concerned member.
• • The membership does not entitle or create any right to the Golden Gymnasium.
• • Fees for the membership of Golden Gymnasium is entirely non-refundable.
• • Membership will be terminated automatically in the event of indulging in any activity which violates the rules and regulations of the Golden Gymnasium, tarnishes the image and harms the reputation of Golden Gymnasium.
• • Memberships will automatically cancelled if renewal fees not submitted within the period of one month's from due date.
• • Rules, regulations and facilities are subject to change without notice.

Declaration

I hereby declare that, I have read all the rules and regulations regarding the membership of Golden Gymnasium elaborated at the end of the application form and objectives of Golden Gymnasium. I Shall abide by all the concerned rules and regulations. In the event of violation of concerned rules and regulations under any circumstances by me, the Golden Gymnasium is free to take disciplinary action against me without assigning any reason thereof and I shall be entirely responsible for it. I do hereby request to enroll me as a member of Golden Gymnasium as per rules and regulation of the Golden Gymnasium.
